  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to your taste.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, add the frozen açaí puree, banana, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with your choice of sliced fruits, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, or seeds.

Notes

Serve your homemade açaí bowl immediately after making it for the best flavor and texture. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the freezer and let it soften in the fridge before serving.
