Ingredients
  

For the chicken skewers
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
For the Bang Bang sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust for heat preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat well.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
Cooking
  1. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken is cooked through.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Serve the chicken skewers with the Bang Bang sauce on the side.
