  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by ricing the cauliflower using a food processor or grater.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, chopped onion, green onions, beaten egg, almond flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Form the cauliflower mixture into small patties.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray, then place the patties in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for around 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve hot and enjoy your healthy hash browns! They can be served with a side of eggs, avocado, or your favorite sauce.

Notes

Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the riced cauliflower before mixing for crispier hash browns. Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
