Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the chicken cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  4. Toss the marinated chicken in cornstarch, ensuring it’s well coated.
Cooking

  2. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
