Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chopped mushroom stems, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
Cooking
- Place stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
Serving
- Serve warm as an appetizer or with a crisp green salad.
Notes
If storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain freshness. For variations, try different cheeses or add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
