  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
Fruits
  • 1 small apple, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped apple, saving a few pieces for topping if you want.
  4. Seal the jar or container and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.
Serving
