  • 1 whole apple Any type of apple can be used.
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter Can substitute with almond or cashew butter.
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced Topping
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped Topping
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut Topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the apple into thin rings and remove the core.
  2. Spread peanut butter over one side of each apple ring.
  3. Top with sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips.
