Preparation
- Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pits. Scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps.
Freezing
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Tap the molds gently to remove any air bubbles.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
Serving
- When ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the fudgesicles.
Notes
These fudgesicles are best served straight from the freezer on a hot day. Pair them with fresh fruit, like sliced bananas or berries, or drizzle with melted dark chocolate for extra flavor.
