Preparation

  2. Slice the fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the fresh fruits in one section of a large platter.
  2. Next, add the vegetables next to the fruits.
  3. Place the cheese slices or cubes in another section.
  4. Add your choice of protein in a different area.
  5. Fill in any gaps with crackers or breadsticks.
  6. Lastly, add bowls of dips next to the veggies and protein, and sprinkle nuts or seeds around the board for extra crunch.
