  • 10 mini mini bagels These will serve as the base for the sliders.
  • 8 pieces eggs Whisked for scrambling.
  • 8 slices turkey bacon (cooked and chopped) Can be substituted with regular bacon or sausage.
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese Spread on the bagel halves.
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese Can use other cheese variations as desired.
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter Used for brushing on top.
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning Adds flavor to the tops.
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper For seasoning the eggs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until combined.
  3. In a non-stick skillet over low-medium heat, scramble the eggs until cooked through (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Slice each mini bagel in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Spread cream cheese on each bottom half, then layer with scrambled eggs and chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese before placing the top halves back on.
  7. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve these sliders warm right out of the oven. Consider adding sauces or toppings like hot sauce or avocado. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
