  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the sauce.
  4. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

For crispier skin, you can broil the chicken for the last few minutes of cooking. Make sure to coat the drumsticks well in the sauce to lock in flavor.
