  • 1 wheel 8 oz wheel of brie
  • 3 tbsp fig jam
  • 3 pieces dried figs (halved)
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the brie in a baking dish and spread fig jam over the top of the brie.
  3. Place dried figs and chopped walnuts on top of the jam.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer the dish to a wooden serving board.
  3. Serve with crackers, bread, or sliced apples.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle honey over the baked brie before serving. Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme can be added on top for enhanced taste. If dried figs are unavailable, feel free to use fresh figs or substitute with other dried fruits such as apricots.
