  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the diced potatoes, zucchini, and salmon fillets.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Spread the ingredients out in a single layer.
