  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini with garlic pesto sauce and ricotta cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
