  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, add the rolled oats, mashed bananas, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, chopped nuts, and milk.
  2. Mix everything until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and place the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.
