Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add oats, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.
- If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Warm in the microwave for a cozy treat.
