  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 large eggs Can substitute with flaxseed meal or chia seeds mixed with water.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener.
  3. Blend until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the waffle iron and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Notes

For a lighter texture, blend the batter thoroughly. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk. Feel free to experiment with different toppings like Greek yogurt, fruit, or nut butter.
