Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup One Degree Organics gluten-free Sprouted Quick Oats
  • 2 cups almond milk (or any preferred non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mason jar or container, combine the gluten-free sprouted quick oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until everything is mixed.
  3. Add in the blueberries and maple syrup if using, and stir gently to combine.
  4. Secure the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.
Serving
  1. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add more milk if needed. Enjoy cold or warmed up!

Notes

You can serve blueberry chia overnight oats straight from the jar. Top with extra blueberries, nuts, or yogurt for added flavor and texture. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
