Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before slicing.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy!
