- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy!
