Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375ºF. Spray a glass 10x14-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and steam for about two minutes, or until just tender.
- Toss the broccoli with garlic powder, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, egg whites, milk, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork or whisk until mixed well.
Assembly and Baking
- Layer the seasoned broccoli on the bottom of the casserole dish and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese. Use a fork to ensure the broccoli is evenly distributed through the eggs.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned and the eggs are set.
