- Add honey or maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge. They will last about a week. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
