  • 1 package Pizza Dough Use store-bought for convenience or make your own.
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast Opt for store-bought rotisserie chicken.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce Frank's RedHot is recommended.
Toppings
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Add cheddar or pepper jack for extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing Plant-based dressing works well for vegan option.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Brush on the crust for a crispy finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with the Buffalo wing sauce.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the chicken.
  7. Brush the crust with olive oil for a nice golden finish.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
  2. Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing on top.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding the toppings. Feel free to adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce to control the spiciness. Experiment with different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for added flavor.
