Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded or reserved
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz smoked beef sausage, sliced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • large skillet For cooking the sausage, shrimp, and Cajun sauce

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sausage and cook until browned and slightly crisp. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, honey, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to develop a rich, flavorful broth.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the Cajun sauce.
  7. Divide the noodles between serving bowls. Top with Cajun shrimp, browned sausage, and halved eggs.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and an extra sprinkle of Cajun seasoning. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, then drain them before adding them to the skillet.
Brown the smoked beef sausage until slightly crisp for deeper flavor.
