Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread half of the caramel sauce over the crust.
  4. Arrange apple slices evenly on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the apples.
  6. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top and add nuts if using.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
