Ingredients
  

For the pizza crust
  • 1 medium cauliflower head, riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Toppings
  • to taste Toppings of choice (e.g., marinara sauce, more cheese, vegetables, pepperoni)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower in a food processor and steam it for about 5 minutes.
  3. Let the cauliflower cool, then place it in a clean towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Shape the mixture into a pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Remove the crust, add your desired toppings, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serving
  1. Slice and enjoy your low-carb cauliflower pizza hot out of the oven.

Notes

Make sure to squeeze out all excess moisture from the cauliflower. Experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors. Pre-cook your favorite toppings for better texture and flavor.
