- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.

- Carefully fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with the mixture.
Cooking
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before removing from the tin.
