Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (I use craisins)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add oats, shredded coconut, cinnamon, salt, dried fruit, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts to the bowl. Stir to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  3. Scoop out a tablespoon amount at a time and shape the mixture into little balls with your hands.

Notes

To keep your Chewy Granola Balls fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, refrigerate them for about two weeks, or freeze them separated by parchment paper for longer storage.
