- Gradually whisk in chicken broth, milk, and heavy cream until the mixture thickens.
- Add the diced chicken and uncooked gnocchi to the sauce and mix well.
- Top the mixture with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
