  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder You can substitute with vanilla or plant-based protein powder.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  3. Once chilled, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate again for about an hour, until firm.
  6. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
