- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy as a pre-workout snack or post-workout dessert.
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage, separating with parchment paper.
