Preparation
  1. Slice the bananas into thick rounds.
  2. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on each banana slice.
  3. Top half of the slices with chocolate chips and optional nuts.
  4. Place the other half of the banana slices on top to make mini sandwiches.
  5. Freeze the banana bites for at least 1 hour.
