Ingredients
  

For the wraps
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 pieces apples, peeled and sliced Sweet varieties like Fuji or Granny Smith work best.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted For brushing the wraps.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar For sprinkling on the wraps.
Optional toppings
  • whipped cream or ice cream For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  3. Place a few apple slices on each tortilla and wrap tightly.
  4. Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Place the wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.

Notes

Make sure to slice the apples thinly for even cooking. You can add nuts or raisins with the apples for an extra crunch. If you want a deeper flavor, try using different types of apples, like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
