Preparation
- Wash peaches, slice in half, and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, combine honey, cinnamon, melted butter, and salt.
- Coat the cut side of the peaches with the honey mixture.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place peaches cut-side up in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Carefully remove peaches and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or yogurt. Best eaten fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2 days.
