Preparation
- Slice the bananas thinly and arrange them on a plate.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
Cooking
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then place the banana slices in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy.
Serving
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Best enjoyed within a few days, but can last up to a week. Re-crisp in the air fryer if they lose crunch.
