Preparation
  1. Slice the bananas thinly and arrange them on a plate.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
Cooking
  1. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then place the banana slices in a single layer.
  2. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.
  3. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Best enjoyed within a few days, but can last up to a week. Re-crisp in the air fryer if they lose crunch.
