- In a large bowl, combine oat flour and protein powder.
- Add the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- If the mixture is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour, then cut into bars.
Notes
These bars can be served straight from the fridge or crumbled over yogurt or oatmeal. They are great for on-the-go snacking, and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. For longer storage, wrap them individually and freeze.
