  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Increase for an extra cheesy kick.

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adjust based on your garlic preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Can be omitted if desired.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well-incorporated.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use the back of a spoon to flatten them into thin circles or your preferred shape.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Once baked, let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These crackers are delightful on their own but pair beautifully with dips, spreads, or guacamole. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Freeze for longer storage.
