- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve your cottage cheese ice cream.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer and consume within a week for best texture. Allow to soften for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
