Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Portion out the mixture and place them onto the baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
