Cooking the Pasta
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Combining Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the spinach and garlic mixture into the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Best served warm, optionally topped with more Parmesan cheese. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Add fresh herbs for garnish.
