  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh veggies (like carrots and celery) Other vegetables like spinach or peas can be added.

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add chicken, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the egg noodles and fresh veggies. Cook until noodles are al dente.
  4. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

This soup pairs wonderfully with crusty bread or a side salad. For a cheesy version, add shredded cheddar cheese before serving. You can also use different types of noodles like penne or fusilli for a fun twist. When storing, let it cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container.
