  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Cooking
  1. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines well with the cream.
  2. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Return the chicken to the skillet, making sure it is well coated in the sauce.
  3. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
