Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cooking

- Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Return the chicken to the skillet, making sure it is well coated in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
