  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the heavy cream and sliced mushrooms, stirring to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

To enhance flavor, marinate chicken in Italian dressing for a few hours before cooking. Allow proper simmering time for better flavor absorption. Consider adding parmesan cheese for a cheesy flavor.
