  • 1 sachet vanilla protein + collagen
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, agave nectar, or sweetener of choice
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 medium banana
  • 6 pieces ice cubes

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until well combined and smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetener if needed.
