- Spread the carrot slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are crispy. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before enjoying.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Best enjoyed within a few days for optimal crunchiness. You can re-crisp in the oven if they soften.
