Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning (1 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the cucumbers into thin, even rounds for maximum crispiness. Aim for about ⅛ inch thick.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crunchy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes to achieve the perfect crunch.

Notes

For best results, these chips are best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a day or two but avoid refrigerating to prevent sogginess. Tips: Slice cucumbers evenly, don't overcrowd the baking sheet, and watch for extra crispy options.
