Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 6 large hard boiled eggs Use eggs that are a few days old for easier peeling.
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise For extra creamy filling, try using a hand mixer.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Paprika Sprinkle on top for garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.

Notes

Store any leftover deviled eggs in an airtight container in the fridge. They are best consumed within 2-3 days. If you haven't filled the egg whites yet, you can keep the yolk mixture separate, so it stays fresh longer. You can customize deviled eggs by adding diced pickles, bacon bits, or herbs like dill or chives.
