  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Make sure it's fresh.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Adds a nice sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Add more if you prefer a creamier salad.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to your preference.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss everything well until it's all combined.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Best served chilled or at room temperature. Can be paired with crusty or garlic bread. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days; add more dressing if needed.
