Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden.
- Allow them to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.

Notes
