  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (honey or agave syrup) Adjust according to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, dark chocolate chips, eggs, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
