Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, dark chocolate chips, eggs, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream, powdered sugar, fresh berries, or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days in the refrigerator or freeze individual slices.
