  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped Choose ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or yogurt for creaminess) Use coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the mangoes, coconut milk, honey (or sugar), and lime juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds before pulling them out.

Notes

Store the popsicles in the freezer for up to 6 weeks. Keep them in the molds for easy access or transfer to an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
